A co-operative must complete the Letter to Saskatchewan Justice applying for limited registration for co-operatives and mail this letter and the enclosures listed thereon to Saskatchewan Justice. A credit union must complete the Letter to Saskatchewan Justice applying for limited registration for credit unions and mail this letter and the enclosures listed thereon to Saskatchewan Justice. Upon receipt of the Certificate of Limited registration from Saskatchewan Justice, the co-operative/credit union must mail a photocopy of the certificate along with a completed Employer Membership Application to the CSS Pension Plan.
