How does a Bubble Level Work?
A bubble level is essential to any tool box and easy to use. You simply place the level on top of what ever item you are trying to make level. For example if you trying to hang a picture and want to make sure the picture is level. Place the level on top of the picture. Then, look at the bubble in the level. If it is situated in between the two black lines on the level then your picture is level. If the bubble is off to one side then you need to adjust your picture until the bubble is inbetween the lines.
