How does a BSCK cycle work?
One BSCK cycle consists of three competitions. The first one is Kosovo wide competition called Business Idea Competition (BIC), here the youth is requested to fill out a two page form with their business idea, and after this the ideas are evaluated by a professional jury. The winners of BIC win one week training on How to write a business Plan. This gives them the advantage of knowledge to participate in BSCK’s second Kosovo-wide competition the Business Plan Competition (BPC), in this phase the youth are requested to fill out a 15 page form of business plan provided to them by BSCK. After submitting the form a jury of experts evaluates and determines the winning business plans. In return, these winners have to attend the 10 week Business Skills Trainings (BST) where they will learn how to establish and run a successful company. The last competition Final Business Plan Competition (FBPC) is of closed nature, meaning only participants of BST who have respected the rules and regulations
