Only under the advisement of your doctor. That is a serious amount of weight to lose for any person. I will say this…no junk food. Stay away from all processed foods (Mc Donald’s, KFC, bologna and other lunch meats, doritos, Cheetos, etc.) and all sugars. No Mountain Dew or Dr Pepper either. Eat healthy and exercise regularly. You will be amazed at how much weight you will lose by making simple adjustments.
