How does 3G Doctor keep my healthcare and payment information safe, secure and private?
All of the information that you provide on the 3G Doctor site or during the video consults with our Doctors is controlled and read only by you. It can only be accessed by logging in to 3gdoctor.com with your mobile number and password. The only other people with access to this are our Doctors and management staff (who can view it only in an anonymised format). They will only ever be looking at it in order to help and advise you. Whenever they look at this information a record will be made of the name of the individual together with the time and date of the access. Because our reputation is at stake you can be assured that we are constantly implementing new measures to ensure the information on 3G Doctor servers coincides or exceeds all HIPPA regulations (the standard for medical information protection on the Internet) as they develop.
