You can call the local law enforcement agency in the city or county in which the offender was convicted to report a violation. Also, just for your information, if the person is violating parole, the individual you refer to would be a parole officer. Probation Officers handle those who were convicted but have not gone to prison.

I would call the local police and they should be able to help you get in touch with that person’s parole officer. This is very scary, please get the police involved ASAP!!
