How do your clubheads compare to the big name brands I constanly hear about ?
You are absolutely comparing apples to apples. Two of my main suppliers are Golfsmith and Tom Wishon Golf Technology. Golfsmith is a company founded by Carl Paul in 1967 in Austin, Texas and Wishon is located in Durango, Coloroda. Golfsmith is the world`s largest supplier and designer of golf clubheads. They, as well as Tom Wishon (who used to be the head designer at Golfsmith prior to starting his own company-Tom Wishon Golf Technologies in 2002), only use the best foundries and have a longstanding relationship with some of the best toolmakers and casting facilities in the world. In fact, Tom Wishon, prior to starting his own company and shortly after leaving Golfsmith, turned down Titleist’s lucrative offer to be their VP of R & D – why? – because he just doesn’t believe in the off-the-rack-one-size-fits-all, standard set of golfclubs.
