• QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS • Preamble: • I began to put the following sequence of questions and answers together as I was about to retire from full-time employment as a teacher after some 30 years in the profession, 1967 to 1999. In the first decade of my life as a writer and editor, a poet and publisher, a journalist and independent scholar, the years 2001 to 2011, I added more material to what you could call a simulated interview.
