How Do You Write An Effective & Powerful Self-Evaluation For A Performance Review?
“You’ve just received a form to fill out, a self-evaluation. I’m Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems in St. Petersburg, Florida and I’m going to tell you how to write an effective self-evaluation for a powerful performance evaluation. There are several things that you want to consider. Self-evaluations are very popular today with companies and organizations. Set aside some time; take time. Allow about a week to really do a great and persuasive evaluation. Gather information. First, your job description: what is it you should’ve been doing? How’ve you performed over that year? Any accomplishments or any special projects, have all that information handy. Also include any accomplishments, if you’ve received any type of accommodations or recognition, include that in your self-evaluation. Discuss opportunities for improvement.
