Clean any cuts, blisters or calluses with some water and hydrogen peroxide. Dry them after they are completely clean. Then clip your toenails short in clean and crisp lines. Cover your cuts and blisters with bandages. Cut pieces of mole skin to cover calluses and callus or blister prone areas. Stick the mole skin on these areas so they won’t rub against the inside of your shoes and make matters worse.
