Have some kind of a routine that you use to get ready for work and a routine when you get home. When you get up take time to have some coffee, read the paper or whatever if that’s what makes things seem “normal” for you. When you get home take a warm shower, or do whatever you want to wind down. Some people can go to bed right away after a shift and others need to clear their mind and relax first.
