When you buy fog lights they should come with an inline fuse, a relay and a switch for the lights. If they aren’t included with the lights, you’ll have to buy them separately. True fog lights are yellow whereas running lights are extremely bright secondary lights. Running lights are not helpful in fog; they just create glare and effectively shorten the distance that can be seen. Yellow fog lights effectively increase the distance you can see in the fog. Choose the location for the lights and install them. Look for a pre-drilled mount already present and if not drill a hole and bolt the lights to the bumper or other location chosen. Install the relay on the radiator support shroud or on the fenderwell. Install the light switch under the dash in a convenient out of the way location. You will see the mounting bracket on the light switch. Bolt it to the dash with the screws provided.
