How do you wire a horn relay on a lionel train alco diesel locomotive?

Looking on the side of the horn relay, at the top, you should see three solder tabs. The one closest to the relay body goes to the horn. The center contact gets the wire off of the e-unit(which is in turn connected to the center rail pickup roller). The outer most contact is connected to the relay coil. Also, the bottom contact from this stack should be grounded to the locomotive frame. Here are some quick snapshots of the service manual wiring diagram and of the 2032 chassis I was working on earlier, in case my explanation hasn’t made any sense.
