How Do You Win A Street Fight?
• Be aware of your environment. Aside from various objects that can be used as weapons and traps, knowing where to run is very important – especially when you’re outnumbered. Use all of your senses fully. Don’t just look around directly– use shadows and reflections to your advantage. • Err on the side of caution by assuming the following: Your opponent is a better fighter, and has backup; They have a blunt or edged weapon, such as brass knuckles or a knife; and you will be hit. Be ready to take a punch. • Walk away from the fight. Although perhaps obvious, the most sure-fire way to “win” in a street fight is to not fight one altogether. In the vast majority of cases, there will be some sort of warning before actual physical aggression occurs. If you can resolve a dispute without having to fight, do so.
