How Do You Whiten Teeth With Peroxide?
It seems like everyone wants whiter teeth these days. And everyone is spending a small fortune on products to whiten teeth. But you can whiten teeth for only pennies a day. Get whiter teeth and save money too! Brush your teeth as normal using your favorite toothpaste. You can use a whitening toothpaste if you like but it is not necessary. After brushing your teeth rinse well with water until there is no more toothpaste in your mouth. Now add about 1/4 cup of peroxide to your rinsing cup and add 1/4 cup of water too. Mix well. Take a mouthful of the 50/50 peroxide/water solution and rinse for about 30 seconds then spit. Rinse again with the peroxide solution and spit. Do this until you have used up all the rinse. After rinsing with the peroxide/water solution do not brush again. Also, do not drink water or eat for 30 minutes.
