So your Doctor wants you to wear a holter monitor. These are used to diagnose certain types of heart irregularities, commonly called arrhythmias. The nurse or tech will hook it up and you will wear it for 24 hrs. They will want you to keep your routine as normal as possible, have a shower or bath before you arrive once its on you can’t shower.
