How Do You Wear A College Class Ring?
A class ring is both a personalized memento and a uniting symbol of your graduating class. It marks the shared experiences of a group of students as they pursue their courses of study. Yet your class ring is also distinctly yours, customized with your favorite styles, gemstone colors and engravings. Wear your class ring with care and it will show everyone that you have pride in your educational accomplishments. Turn the ring so that the insignia faces you, unless your university has a class ring presenting ceremony. Some college traditions require that the insignia face you until you have graduated, and then it should be turned facing out. Place the ring on your index finger of your right hand, also called the ring finger. This is the finger next to your pinkie finger. Wear the class ring as a pendant on a necklace if you can no longer wear the ring on the proper finger. Your ring size may have changed due to weight loss or gain, or due to a hand injury.
