I’d throw the pillow away because it’s old not because the dog peed on it. Pillows and mattresses built up allergens within 5 yrs to the point the allergens outweight the feather weight. I assume it belongs to the dog and you want to keep the pillow. But to wash a down pillow, fill your washer to large capacity adding a detergent that doesn’t remove the oil in the feathers. Such as Woolite. Turn the washer on to disperse the soap. Turn washer off and Put the pillow in and push it down until soaked thoughout. Put something on the other side to balance out the load. A down parka, another pillow? Put the washer on gentle. When it comes out after the spin cycle put it into the dryer with 3 tennis balls on a low cycle or some clean tennies. If it isn’t quite dry, which is usually the case at the end of the dry cycle, shake it good and let it air dry out the remainder of the moisture. Down pillows should be washed once or twice a year, if necessary. When it is necessary to launder your down items, we suggest that you use a professional cleaner who is experienced in cleaning down.
