Another fun stretch is just taking this inside leg, bringing it to hip height and extending to the side. We can extend over. We can even curl up. Another fun stretch is both hands on the pole and extending down here. You can pivot from straight to knee bent, straight to knee bent, pull up, and even extend your back here.
