Whether you’re visiting New York City for the first time, or just looking for a stroll, Lower Broadway makes for a great walking tour. Locate the southernmost part of Broadway on the edge of historic Battery Park and Battery Park City. From here, you can take a stroll among clowns and painted performers, or hop on the ferry to Staten Island and the Statue of Liberty. From there, you can tour the United States Customs Building and learn about the symbolism in the statues outside. Go less than a block north of the Customs Building to the popular tourist photo opportunity, the Wall Street Bull.
