How Do You Visit Organ Pipe National Monument?
There is no quick way to get to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. It’s almost on the U.S. border with Mexico and in some places, it very nearly touches the border. The payoff is not so much in the journey, although that is quite interesting in itself. The payoff comes when you step outside on a clear night and see a sky positively plastered with stars. Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument offers visitors a broad range of outdoors activities, so load up the camping gear, lace up your hiking boots and take off. Plan to camp at least one night at Organ Pipe. The Twin Peaks campground can handle an RV as well as a tent, although there are no electrical or water hookups.
