Of all the famous people buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, few remain as universally loved as Jimmy Stewart. From his first appearances in small roles in the 1930s, Jimmy came to epitomize the small-town virtues of honesty, courage and plain speech. Jimmy served his country with distinction during World War II, attended Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church for 40 years and received numerous awards for his humanitarian service.
