How Do You Visit Circus World Museum?
Clowns, elephants, acrobats–young and old alike love the circus. Located in Baraboo, Wisconsin, is the Circus World Museum, dedicated to collecting, preserving and interpreting artifacts and materials about the history of the American circus. It is owned by the Wisconsin Historical Society and operated by the non-profit Circus World Foundation. Circus World Museum offers exhibits, performances and entertainment for all ages. Visit Ringlingville at Circus World Museum. Original site of the winter headquarters for Ringling Bros. Circus from 1914 to 1918, the buildings are a National Historic Landmark. The site includes three buildings open to the public, in addition to a baggage barn, wardrobe department and animal house.
