Housed in a former supermarket in the historic downtown Glendale neighborhood, Cerrata’s Candy Factory is a fun destination for candy lovers of all ages. The family owned business, now in its fourth generation in Arizona, produces up to 6,000 pounds of candy every day, which is shipped by mail order and also sold in retail stores and grocers on the West Coast.Cerrata’s offers free 30-minute guided tours twice daily from Monday through Friday, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. A member of the Cerrata family narrates the tour, and samples are given after the tour is completed.
