There are many useful features in Microsoft Word 2003. When it comes to paragraph and style comparison or editing, the program lets users split views of a document to look at different portions of the same document simultaneously. Open the Window menu. Click on “Window,” then select “Split.” Choose the split area. A grayed line will appear that you can drag with your mouse. Position the line anywhere on the document that you would like to split the views and then left-click to create the split. Navigate between views. You can easily navigate between views by clicking inside of each view. They will each have their own scroll bar that will allow you to scroll inside of the views. Return to single document view.
