How Do You Use WMP Files With MP3 Players?
Windows Media Player (“WMP” for short) is capable of syncing with most MP3 players. This allows for the transfer of compatible files to the device (including album artwork and notes, if applicable). Windows Media Player is also capable of converting incompatible audio and video files before transferring them to device. Files can be selected from the Windows Media Player “Library” (where the WMP files are stored) or simply dragged and dropped into Windows Media Player to be transferred to the MP3 player. Open Windows Media Player. Select the “Sync” tab in the top right of the program. Click the “Library” icon at the top left of the program to access the files you have stored in the Windows Media Player library. Select the files you want to transfer to the MP3 player by pressing and holding the “Shift” key. Move the files to the “Sync List” to the right.
