TiVo is a popular DVR (digital video recorder) with an internal hard disk for storing selected television programming. Live television can be rewound, paused and replayed so you don’t miss a minute of your favorite program. You can also skip through the commercials on recorded programs or paused live TV. Use the TiVo to schedule the recording of your favorite television programs for an entire season. After selecting the “TiVo” button, you can activate a “Season Pass” for the shows of your choice. You can also designate a preference for recording only the new episodes or repeats, if you desire. Utilize the “Wish List” feature to let your TiVo find shows that fit your criteria. You can enter search information such as a favorite actor and his movies, directors or sports teams. All programs fitting the categories you submit will be recorded.
