How Do You Use Tile As Trim?
Trim tiles can be used in such a way so as to bring the entire room together, as well as accent the design of the tile. Many retails offer a wide variety, making the process of choosing them enjoyable for the homeowner. Match the trim tiles with those that you have chosen for other projects and accents. Choose something that contrasts with the design you have chosen or compliments it–both in the manner in which the tile has been fired and/or finished. Make sure that the tile you choose fits the application. Tiles that are used to finish the top of a row are different from those that are used to finish the bottom of the tiles (that touch the ground). Select the proper tiles if using tiles to finish the edge of cabinets. These tiles must have a 90-degree angle so as to wrap around the top edges of the cabinet.
