How Do You Use The Xbox Wireless Internet Accessories?
The Xbox 360 has two wireless Internet accessories which serve the same purpose: the wireless G and N networking adapters, both sold by Microsoft. The only difference between the two is the N adapter claims to be seven times faster than the original G adapter. But using them is virtually the same. They both connect and configure identically. Power the adapter by plugging its USB cable into one of the Xbox 360’s USB ports. There are two ports on the front of the console and one on the back. Connect the adapter to your console by plugging it into the mount, located above the Ethernet and A/V ports on the rear of the console. The mount is not labeled, but look for the two holes located on each side of the “Xbox 360 CONSOLE” sticker. Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the console, if applicable.
