The LG Voyager cell phone was designed with an internal keypad that is exposed when the phone is flipped open and an external touch screen for performing functions with the phone. Due to the dual input method available on the LG Voyager, users have multiple ways to perform a task, such as making a call or sending a text message. Prior to using the call and text functions, the user needs to set up the phone for use. Slide the bottom of the battery into the battery compartment on the back of the phone. The battery on the LG Voyager, unlike other cell phones, does not have a battery cover. Press down on the upper part of the battery until you hear it click in place.
