Adobe Photoshop Elements is a photo-editing software program offering multiple tools to fix flaws in digital or scanned photos. Red eye is a common photo flaw. It’s caused by a reflection of the subject’s retina by the camera’s flash. Photos of pets occasionally show a green or white eye reflection. You can correct these reflections easily with a Photoshop Elements tool. Select the photo that you want to retouch in the Photo Browser.
