Norton Ghost enables you to have advanced recovery and backup capability for your computer. You can choose to enable all of your computer’s files or just those that are the most important to you. Norton Ghost 11 allows you to schedule regular backups of your computer’s files, as well as to manually initiate a backup at any time. When you experience issues with your computer or operating system, Norton Ghost comes with an automatic recovery mode to allow you to get access to your corrupted files as soon as possible. Open Norton Ghost 11 (deployed under the Norton Save and Restore name) and choose the “Recovery” menu option. Left-click the “Recover My Files” menu option and select the “Recover Files” menu option to have Norton automatically recover your files. Select the “Original Folders” option on the subsequent menu to have Norton Ghost restore your files to their original location. Choose the “Restore” menu button, and Norton will automatically recover your files.
