This device has a bulb like a blood pressure monitor that you squeeze to air up an inflatable bladder. Open a crack in the door with the air wedge, making the opening large enough for the lasso tool. The lasso tool is a long flexible tube that contains a slim wire or rope with a loop on the end. Slip the lasso tool through the opening and work it past the weather stripping.
