Your Mead telescope can provide a guided tour of the heavens that can be as inspiring as it is educational. Here’s how the guided tour function works. Go to the Setup menu and choose “Align: Easy.” Press “Enter.” After the telescope automatically aligns, “Select Item Object” will appear on the display. Use the Scroll Down key until you reach “Select Item Guided Tour.” Press “Enter.” When “Guided Tour Tonight’s Best” appears on the screen, press “Enter” again. Press “Enter” to summon information about the first object. Press “GO TO” to move the telescope towards that object. Press “Mode” to return to the Tour list.
