You can format several areas in a document with Microsoft Word 2007. Text or graphics can have different styles and colors, as well as boarding. If you wish to use these formatting schemes on other areas of the document, you can with Format Painter. The Format Painter is a copying tool that allows you to add formatting quickly to other parts of the document. This tool is stock with Microsoft Word 2007. Click the formatted text or graphics in the Word document. Your mouse cursor can be anywhere on the formatted object. Select the “Home” tab below the toolbar.
