How Do You Use The Convert Anchor Point Tool In Adobe Illustrator CS3?

Sometimes when you are using the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator, you get a sharp corner when you want a smooth curve, or vice versa. Luckily, Illustrator has a concert anchor point tool that you can use to make your paths behave! Choose a black stroke and “no fill” from the color cubes at the bottom of the toolbar. Use the pen tool to make a “w-shaped” path. It’s okay if your “w” doesn’t look the way you want it to, because we will adjust it. Click on the white arrow tool. Click on a blank area of workspace, then onto the “w.” Choose the convert anchor tool, which might be temporarily hiding underneath the pen tool. Click on one of the corner points of your “w.” The point will change from a sharp corner to a smooth curve with handles you can drag, or vice versa.
