Instructors can use Power Point slides to create a step-by-step guide that walks users through even the most complicated procedures and programs, and those Power Point presentations can be used to create engaging training sessions. Log on to the computer and open Microsoft Power Point. Open a new presentation and save it to your hard drive or network share. Click on a blank slide in the left hand pane of Power Point. Then open the program for which you will be conducting the computer-based training. Hold down the “Alt” screen and press the “Print Screen” key. Go back to the Power Point slide, click the “Edit” menu and choose “Paste” from the menu. This will paste the screen shot into the Power Point slide.
