“So, another type of tool that?s, I guess, that can be used either as a double action tool or as a single action tool, is a tool called the pear shadier. Pear because it’s sort of pear shaped. I guess I don’t really know why they call it a shadier. It’s really meant for making kind of more concave areas in a design. So a single action strike on the pear shadier really depends on how it’s angled. I mean, you see, it has a really kind of a rounded tip, it kind of has a point here so, you could just look at it and imagine all the different ways you could strike it, and the different kinds of impressions you could make in the leather. It’s generally used for making concave areas. So, you could do it, I guess, as a single action tool either straight or kind of angled to kind of make, there I’ve made kind of a little concave dent, it’s really smooth. It’s a lot more subtle than if I was doing the more kind of rough edged double action, I’m sorry, single action tool. But again, I can use this
