While changing tobacco flavors is an obvious way to change the taste of your hookah smoke, you can also use juice to add subtle flavor to the smoke. It’s particularly good when the flavors of the juice and tobacco complement each other. Fill the base of your hookah with juice, as you would normally do with water. Leave at least 2 inches above the juice for smoke to collect. Pack the hookah bowl with tobacco of your choice. Set up hookah as usual. Smoke hookah. You should definitely taste the flavor of the juice coming through with the tobacco.
