This will show you how to easily work on a word document copying a format and applying it onto a different paragraph or word, as desired by you , in the most simple and easy way. 1. Select the text to be formatted in the desired format. 2. Goto the Format Painter tool in the tool bar above.This tool looks like a paintbrush( as encircled in the picture above). 3.Once you click on the format painter tool, a small brush appears next to the cursor/mouse pointer. 4. Goto the desired text or paragraph and select the text to be formatted. Once you release the mouse you will have the format painted onto the para selected. 5. You can individually select a word or format an entire para. Enjoy working on the word document. Have a nice day.
