If you would prefer a quick and easy method to put the same formatting in several places, then using the handy toolbar button called “Format Painter” is just what you have been looking for. Format your initial text or cell to desired formatting that you would like to have in multiple locations. Select that perfectly formatted text so the Format Painter tool will know what to copy the formatting of. If you wish to copy only the formatting of that text to one location, then click on the Format Painter button (Paint Brush Icon) only one time so that the tool knows you are copying the formatting to new text.
