FolkArt Enamels are a special line of paints for ceramic and glass items. You can brush on these paints smoothly without extensive prior preparation to surfaces. Another advantage of FolkArt Enamel paint is that Dishwasher-proof items painted with this paint are still safe to wash in the dishwasher. Browse through the many FolkArt Enamel colors to choose the ones that are ideal for your painting project. Prepare the ceramic or glass item by wiping all of the surfaces with isopropyl alcohol. Allow the alcohol to dry completely. Shake the paint bottles vigorously before opening the containers. Squeeze small circles of paint onto the palette. Apply the paint to the ceramic or glass item, loading the paintbrushes carefully and stroking the paint onto the surfaces of the item you are painting.
