By soaking the floral foam in water, you can keep flowers hydrated all day long, ensuring they look their best from the ceremony, pictures and reception. Purchase a pre-made bouquet holder with floral foam attached. You can find that at craft stores or through florist shops. Keep all the flowers you are working with in a vase of water so they don’t dry out and wilt. Place the bouquet holder in a bowl of water. Leave it in the water until it sinks to the bottom of the bowl. Now the floral foam will be thoroughly saturated and ready to use. Remove the bouquet holder from the water and dry the plastic handle.
