You can also alter selections by changing the shape. Read on to learn how to use different shapes in WordArt. Click the WordArt button in the “Drawing” toolbar. If you don’t see the “Drawing” toolbar, click on “View” in the standard toolbar. Point to “Toolbars” and then click on “Drawing.” In the “WordArt Gallery” dialog box, select a WordArt style by clicking on it, and then click “OK.” In the “Edit WordArt Text” dialog box, enter your desired text. You can also choose a different font, change the font size, or choose to make your font bold or italicized. When you are finished, click “OK.” To change the shape of your WordArt, click on “WordArt” and the “WordArt Toolbar” will appear. In this toolbar, click the “WordArt Shape” button, which is near the middle of the toolbar.
