Commission Junction, also known as CJ, is the largest affiliate network in North America. Their platform makes it easy for companies and affiliate marketers to connect and work together to increase sales and to make commission. Some companies include Home Depot, Circuit City, Buy.com, Lifelock, Hotels.com, and Equifax. Assuming you already have a website or blog that you are looking to monetize and a CJ account, these steps will walk you through the basics of using commission junction for affiliate marketing. Browse the advertiser list to choose a company or multiple companies that you would like to be an affiliate for. From the home page select “Get Links.” You can then view advertisers by category, name, or by performance metrics. For example, if your blog is geared toward vacations or travel, you can select the “Travel” category or one of it’s sub-categories to find relevant companies.
