Chipboard letters can add dimension and style to any scrapbook layout. These versatile embellishments are easy to use and look wonderful in your scrapbook album. Decide where you want to use the chipboard letters on your layout. You might use them to form a word, a name or a title topper. You also can from a monogram or anything else involving letters.
