Lift up on the carrying handle of the two-in-one tank to remove it from the base. Carry it to the sink and remove the lid. Turn the tank over to reveal the built-in measuring cup. Pour a Bissell cleaning formula into the measuring cup to the indicator line, then pour the solution into the mouth of the bladder. Fill the bladder the remainder of the way with hot water.
