This article will provide you with an easy way to copy/backup your movie collection by using 2 separate programs: AnyDVD & CloneDVD. AnyDVD will allow you to decode encrypted DVDs, while CloneDVD will allow you to copy DVDs that have been decoded. Download and install both AnyDVD & CloneDVD (both can be found at www.slysoft.com). Run AnyDVD. When you see the Red Fox icon in your system tray (down by the clock, in the bottom right-hand corner), right-click and go to “Settings.” Click the “DVD” tab and make sure the settings are as follows: Under the “CD” tab, check the “Remove CD Digital Audio Protection” box. Under the “Drive” tab, check the DVD drive that you will be using. Uncheck all other drives (if any are listed). Ignore the “Speed Control” setting. Click the OK button.
