How Do You Use Alka Seltzer As Bath Fizzies?
Did you know that Alka Seltzer can be used as bath fizzies and foot fizzies? Well you can and you can even make them smell any scent of your choice… Bath Fizzies – Take several Alka Seltzers and place them flat on a plate. Take whatever essential oil you like and put one drop (and only one drop) on each tablet. Allow to dry about 10 minutes. Then place tablets inside a container or in pretty little bottles or jars that have lids… When you are ready to use them, drop 2 to 3 tablets into your warm bath water and enjoy your soak… Foot-soaking Fizzies – Make them the same as you did the bath fizzies, only make sure you use Peppermint Essential Oil. Store in container with a lid. When you are ready to make your feet feel better, drop one tablet in some warm water and soak your feet.
