How Do You Use Airport Express With PC?
Airport Express is a wireless router that connects to your DSL or cable modem, and allows every computer in your home to access the Internet, share files and print wirelessly. According to Apple, the router is compatible with both PCs and Macintosh computers and can share your wireless connection with up to 10 users. Insert the AirPort Utility installation disc into your optical drive. Double-click the “My Computer” icon on your desktop and double-click the “D” drive to run the installation CD if it does not start automatically. Click “Next” and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation wizard. Plug the Ethernet cord into your DSL or cable modem, and plug the other end into the Ethernet port on the AirPort Express device. Click the “Start” button, and click “All Programs” and “AirPort” to run the AirPort Utility program. Click “Next” and type in a name for your new network. Create a password and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the setup.
